La Vista City Centre Open to Public as it Nears Construction Finish Line
The La Vista City Centre, boasting spacious commercial offices, a variety of restaurants, and luxury living spaces in downtown La Vista is set to come alive this summer
OMAHA, NE, April 12, 2023 – Nine Zero Properties is excited to announce the end of phase one of their construction timeline on the indoor/outdoor La Vista City Centre entertainment district. The 570-stall parking garage is scheduled to be completed at the end of May and will provide ample, convenient parking for customers. The Astro Theater, holding 3,000 occupants in the indoor amphitheater and 4,400 occupants in the outdoor music venue, will be hosting its first outdoor show in late summer.
Current La Vista City Centre tenants including the Heights Draft Room, Chili’s, First National Bank, Waxing the City, McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Rocket Carwash are open and welcoming customers.
Nine Zero Properties is excited for the next round of tenants to open their doors. They include Stretch Lab, L’Elle Nail Spa, Turf Tank, and the City Pub restaurant that will offer a variety of games, food, and drinks. Commercial space is being swept up quickly as businesses move to the property in anticipation of the heavy foot traffic and continuous activity that is soon to be present in the La Vista City Centre.

The La Vista City Centre is home to Vivere Apartments, Nine Zero Properties’ biggest residential property to date. Vivere is comprised of 384 units and provides luxury amenities including a resort-style pool and sundeck, heated controlled-access parking, and a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a basketball court.
The focal point of the La Vista City Centre is the Astro Theater. This state-of-the-art music venue will be complete with multi-level balcony seating for concerts, full-service concessions, and a large 50,000-square foot outdoor amphitheater. The Astro Theater’s outdoor plaza is set to be finished in early summer and will provide seating and gathering locations for customers.
