Nine Zero Properties and the City of La Vista have been engaged in a collaborative planning effort since 2015 to create a neighborhood where residents can congregate and celebrate. City Centre will meet that need, providing unique retail, dining, and entertainment options. Among the offerings of City Centre will be the Astro Theater, an indoor and outdoor music venue, a 34-acre park, and large grassy plaza areas that will provide leisure spaces for the community.

City Centre will serve not only as the entertainment hub of Sarpy County, but it will also provide a mixed-use space including office space opportunities, hotel accommodations, neighborhood services, restaurants, and a luxury apartment community.

One of the ways this district will stand out from others in the Omaha area is the focus on genuine self-expression. Retailers will each have a unique storefront, which will allow them to extend their brand and make a distinct footprint. City Centre will create an authentic downtown feel to give the community an experience currently not found in this part of town.

Phase 1 of construction will be complete in late summer of 2023 and guests will soon to be able to enjoy live shows at the Astro, food and beverages at our one-of-a-kind restaurants, and a lively entertainment district to walk around and enjoy.
