Chris Erickson
Founder and Owner of Nine Zero Properties
Chris Erickson, founder and owner of Nine Zero Properties, brings extensive expertise in real estate acquisition, finance, due diligence, building design, and construction. His proficiency in urban planning, entitlements, and master planning further enhances his leadership at Nine Zero Properties. Over the course of his career, including prior leadership roles in the development industry, Chris has contributed to projects with a combined value exceeding $1 billion. His passion for real estate complements his skill in founding and managing businesses. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is deeply involved in the community. He has served in past on the Board of Directors for inCommon Community Development and the Benson Business Improvement District Board. In 2014, he was recognized as a Midlands Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 honoree for his leadership in expanding his development and real estate portfolio.
